Do You Accept Returns?

We hope you love your Squak hoodie but if you need a different size, color, or simply want to make a return we'd love to help out. Please send us an email at squak@squakmountainco.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Do You Accept Exchanges?

Yes!! Send us an email at squak@squakmountainco.com and we will get you setup with a new size / color!

 

What is Your Warranty Policy?

If your product is damaged or breaks (outside of normal wear and tear) please contact us at squak@squakmountainco.com and we can assess your return/refund options. 

 

How Long Will it Take for My Return to be Processed?

Once we have received your returned order, it will take 24-48 hours to process your return. The timing of the refund to your account will depend on your credit card/banking institution.

 

How Long Will it Take to Receive My Order?

Shipping will be calculated and shown at checkout. You will receive an email when your order has been processed with a tracking number and shipping date estimate. 

 

I Love My Squak So Much That I Wear It Everyday, But How Should I Wash It?

Turn the Squak inside out, wash it on a gentle cycle with cool water and a mild detergent. Air-dry or use a low/no-heat setting on dryer.
